A bit more about me…

I’m a registered Naturopathic Doctor providing Naturopathic care for individuals and families. I earned a Bachelor of Science before earning a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

I have a passion for health promotion and education. I believe that determining the root cause of disease is fundamental in healing and that lifestyle changes can have a large impact on health. I utilize a variety of Naturopathic treatment options, such as acupuncture, botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, and lifestyle counselling, in order to address acute and chronic health concerns. I have a general practice and treat a variety of health concerns and enjoy working with patients of all ages. I have a special interest in hormonal and digestive health concerns. I completed additional training that allows me to prescribe bio-identical hormones and natural desiccated thyroid and administer vitamin B12 injections.

I believe in an integrative approach to medicine and acknowledge the importance of having multiple healthcare providers work as a team to help you achieve health goals. My goal is to empower my patients to take responsibility for their health and strives to ensure treatment goals are achievable for my patients. I ensure my patients are supported during their journey to health by providing an open space to ask questions and express concerns or challenges they are experiencing along the way.

In my spare time I enjoy cycling, rock climbing, camping, and cooking.
